Pastor Dave DeRonde
Dave accepted the call to be the pastor at Grace in July of 2012. Dave was born and raised in New Jersey. He gave his life to Christ in the summer of 1981, while in the military. Eventually, Dave recognized God’s call to enter “full time” ministry, and moved to Pennsylvania to attend Pinebrook Bible College. Since college graduation, he has been a Youth Leader, a Worship Leader, and a Bible Study Teacher. He interned at Calvary Chapel in Old Bridge; and just prior to his time here at Grace Bible Fellowship, served as Assistant Pastor of Calvary Chapel in New Brunswick. He and his wife, Trish, reside in Matawan, and have 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren. They also have an extensive ministry counseling married couples.
Elder John H. Pinkham
John attended Taylor University and graduated from Ball State University with a BA in marketing. He owns a NAPA auto parts store in Shrewsbury, NJ. John and his wife Joyce have three adult children and a daughter-in-law.
Grace Bible Fellowship met in their home for a year before moving to Middletown Village School. John has served as a Sunday School teacher and superintendent, junior high youth group leader, Boys’ Brigade and Awana leader, deacon, and elder in previous churches. He has been involved in leading small group Bible studies. His desire is to encourage believers to know God more intimately through study of the Scriptures.
Elder Brian Walter
Brian received Christ as his Savior at the age of 7 and was baptized at the age of 13. Son of a baptist preacher, his upbringing was steeped in the Bible. He attended several colleges towards his BSEE degree including Northeastern Bible College before it shut down in the early 1980’s. He has served God as a Sunday School teacher for various classes ranging from 6th Grade through adult, Boy’s Brigade Leader, deacon, and Green Brook Baptist church bus outreach ministry.
He works in Eatontown as a Product Manager/Engineer for Kessler Ellis Products. He and his wife, Debbie, both serve Grace Bible Fellowship as Co-Sunday School Superintendents. They have 2 grown children and 4 grandchildren.
